A home can be damaged in many different ways. From fire to floods or even damage from falling debris during a storm. No matter what type of damage your home has we will be able to rebuild or repair the damaged areas.
We don’t provide the actual cleaning of the damaged areas, but we can provide you with referrals to companies that can assist you. Once the damaged objects have been removed from your home we will begin the process of repairing, rebuilding, or even expanding your home.
We have the expertise and staff to complete any type of damage repair that your home may have. Depending on the extent of the damaged area we may have to call in our partnered subcontractors for electrical, HVAC, or plumbing issues. Other than the professional trades we are able to repair drywall, roofing, siding, flooring, and windows.
Before any construction or home repair takes place we will provide you with an estimate of service to submit to your insurance provider. Being a preferred vendor for major insurance companies you will find the approval of our quotes very quick, compared to non-preferred vendors.
Once your insurance company accepts the estimate our team of experience contractors will begin construction or home repair of the damaged areas of your home. If you have any questions or concerns about our home repair process then contact a Metropolitan Contractor staff member and we’ll be happy to assist you.
